Job Summary
Maintenance Worker responsible for the general upkeep and cleanliness of parking lots and facilities, ensuring a safe and well-maintained environment for customers and employees. Primary responsibilities include cleaning parking lots, removing trash and debris, pulling weeds, snow removal, cleaning stairwells in the short-term garage, operating the parking lot sweeper to maintain cleanliness, painting parking spaces and stop bars, setting up temporary fencing to block spaces, completing a daily maintenance checklist, reporting issues to supervisors and managers, and promoting premier customer satisfaction with a friendly, can-do attitude. Requires valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, outdoor work, experience with facility maintenance and customer relations, and the ability to work independently or with a team.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to operate maintenance vehicles.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. and perform physical labor, including bending, lifting, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Experience operating a sweeper or similar equipment is a plus.
- Experience with general facility maintenance is required.
- Experience in customer relations.
- Must be able to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
