Job Summary
Porter at Hyde Park Hospitality's Airport Lounge (Charleston International Airport) performing a full range of duties to support lounge operations. Responsibilities include organizing and stocking storage areas using FIFO, restocking beverage stations, pantry and kitchen at par levels, processing deliveries, maintaining cleanliness of storage and lounge areas, performing inventory counts, labeling and dating products, and helping with dishwashing and trash removal. Requires hospitality focus and a friendly, guest-centric demeanor, with the ability to stand for long shifts (up to 10 hours) and lift up to 50 pounds, plus the ability to pass an airport security background check.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to pass and obtain security background check and clearance to work in airport environment
- Be able to stand during entire scheduled shift
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to walk, bend, twist, and stand to perform normal job functions
