Job Summary
Deliver mobile food and beverage orders to guests at The Club lounge while maintaining a friendly, cheerful demeanor. Ensure timely service, refill water, and answer inquiries about menu items and ingredients. Act as the contact point between Front of the House and Back of the House staff, communicating food orders to chefs and relaying guest feedback. Assist with table setting, remove dirty dishes, and manage trash throughout the lounge. Resolve guest complaints in a professional manner consistent with policy. Work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays, maintaining composure under pressure while adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
Required Qualifications
- Hospitality Focus – focus on guest satisfaction and providing memorable experiences
- Generous, friendly, and warm spirited
- Maintains a friendly, cheerful, and courteous demeanor always
- Understanding of hygiene and food safety rules
- Physical ability and stamina to carry heavy trays and stand for long hours
- Availability to work various shifts, including weekends
- Multi-tasking abilities
- Good oral communication skills
- Ability to handle the stress of a face-paced work shift up to ten (10) hours
- Requires the ability to lift and / or move up to 40 pounds
- Requires the ability to walk, bend, twist, and stand to perform normal job functions
- Able to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays
- Pass and maintain all necessary licenses and certifications including, but not limited to, alcohol server and local health department food handler certifications
- Must be able to pass and obtain security background check and clearance to work in airport environment
