Job Summary
Provide best-in-class guest service in The Club lounge at BWI, delivering food and beverage to guests and serving orders to tables, acting as a liaison between Front of the House and Back of the House, ensuring timely service, guest satisfaction, and knowledge of offerings. Duties include taking and relaying orders, refilling drinks, maintaining cleanliness, handling guest inquiries, managing special requests (e.g., allergies), and ensuring safe, compliant service with a focus on hospitality. Requires ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 40 pounds, work rotating shifts including weekends/holidays, and pass background checks and local certifications.
Required Qualifications
- Pass and maintain all necessary licenses and certifications including, but not limited to, alcohol server and local health department food handler certifications.
- Must be able to pass and obtain security background check and clearance to work in airport environment.
