Airport Concession Worker

Concessions Staff for The Elevator at Pullman Moscow Regional Airport—prepare and serve food and beverages, assist guests with purchases, and maintain stock in a fast-paced, hospitality-focused environment. Responsibilities include making coffee and lotus drinks, preparing and serving alcoholic beverages, following alcohol handling protocols, ensuring customer satisfaction, learning the concession concept, handling cash and cash drawer at End of Day/Shift Change, preparing catering orders, documenting guest feedback, and performing additional duties as assigned. Requires teamwork, excellent customer service, ability to maintain a welcoming atmosphere, basic cooking and knife skills, time management, ability to read and follow instructions, familiarity with food handling and safety guidelines, experience with or ability to learn Toast POS, and compliance with alcohol/server permit requirements. Education/experience includes MAST Alcohol Server Permit and Washington State Food Handlers Card; prior customer service and restaurant experience preferred; TSA background check required; must be 21+ and able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds. Wage starts at $17.50/hour DOE plus tips, with 20-40 hours per week and potential retirement benefits through WA State DRS.
