Job Summary
Greet passengers and provide a seamless check-in and ticketing experience using reservation and ticketing software. Rebook itineraries and issue boarding passes while interacting with customers in a courteous, efficient, and friendly manner. Lift and turn bags weighing up to 75 pounds onto the belt and see passengers off to their destination. Work irregular and/or extended hours, including weekends and holidays, with the ability to trade shifts and earn overtime. Requires fluency in English and Spanish, physical ability to lift 75 pounds, and authorization to work in the Dominican Republic.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to carry, bend, lift and turn with bags weighing up to 75 pounds
- 18 years or older
- High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent
- Must be able to read, write, fluently speak and understand the English language
- Must be able to read, write, fluently speak and understand the Spanish language
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Authorized to work in the Dominican Republic
