Job Summary
Airline Service Agent (Ground Handler) responsibilities include delivering quality customer service to travelers and cargo customers, answering phones/emails, handling baggage and cargo, boarding announcements, and assisting with various aircraft ground operations. The role involves baggage handling, loading catering/ice, loading/unloading, aircraft grooming, deicing, and performing daily equipment inspections. Candidates must be willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions, obtain an Airport Restricted Area Pass (RAIC), be legally eligible to work in Canada, hold a valid driver’s license, and pass a criminal records check. English language proficiency is required; prior airline or freight handling experience is an asset. Paid training, PPE provided, and protective footwear allowance are offered; position is part-time and supports CBA.
Required Qualifications

- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
- Must have valid driver’s license
- Must obtain a clean criminal records check.
- Ability to speak, write and understand the English language.
