Job Summary
Coordinate weight and balance documentation with load control and maintain daily trip files, station traffic reports, and all aircraft handling statistical data. Supervise ramp functions and lead teams during coordination of all aircraft handling phases, including catering, cleaning, fueling, and crew/passenger boarding. Perform operational safety and load security checks prior to departure, manage irregularities, and ensure proper securing of cargo and luggage. Closely coordinate with gate staff to steer boarding processes, secure Bagscan handling, and monitor daily performance reports for delays. Ensure all ground handling operations comply with safety, security, and legal regulations under the station operations surveillance concept. Requires minimum 12 months airline experience, ramp and bagroom background, and ability to travel for training.

- Proficient knowledge of airline product systems and procedures
- Knowledge of airline computer systems
- Ability to perform under pressure
- Ability to work in teams and lead ramp team
- Able to travel for training
