Job Summary
Ramp Operations Agent responsible for loading and unloading baggage, marshaling aircraft, operating ground service equipment (GSE), meeting arriving flights and service departing flights, assisting customers (including those with special needs), and performing related ramp duties such as cleaning and security searches. Must move luggage of various weights, operate tugs and belt loaders, marshal aircraft, service aircraft lavatories, and ensure ramp safety and compliance with safety regulations. Requires ability to carry 70-pound suitcases, read/write English, and operate in an airport environment; must have a valid driver’s license and pass background/drug tests. Hours are flexible with nights, weekends, and holidays; starting wage is $16 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must pass a 10-year background check and pre-employment drug test
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must read and write English
