Job Summary
Passenger Service Agent responsible for total customer service, processing tickets, baggage handling, seating, and information on arrivals/departures; duties include assisting with denied boarding, providing hotel/meal/taxi vouchers when appropriate, ensuring FAA/airline/airport regulations are followed, enforcing safety measures, assisting customers with special needs, wheelchair assistance between ticket counter and gates, and completing required training. Must have strong communication in English (bilingual a plus), ability to work varied hours including swing and graveyard shifts, and be physically fit with ability to handle up to 70 lb luggage; role may involve ramp, aircraft cleaning, operations, and other duties as assigned. Authorization to work in the U.S. is required and training will be provided.
