Conduct daily functions across the ticket counter, lobby, gate, customs, and arrivals areas while rotating based on service demands. Resolve flight activity issues to ensure on-time departure, operate jet bridges, and handle cash transactions, manifests, and labeling. Maintain constant passenger and crew interaction while delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced airport environment. Bilingual speakers in Korean and Japanese are required. This role involves continuous people interaction and exposure to aircraft sounds at HNL Airport.
