Job Summary
Manage airline and cruise check-in processes by verifying travel documentation, diagnosing technical issues, and implementing real-time solutions for passengers and partners. Track requests through the ticketing system, process email inquiries, and escalate incidents as needed. Create daily reports for airlines, the TSA, and CBP with 100% accuracy, while documenting resolutions to build the knowledge base. Communicate consistently with representatives to ensure they are informed of new procedures and customer needs. Work various shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
