Job Summary
Associate Immigration Attorney sought to join a Richmond-area immigration law firm. Responsibilities include representing clients in removal defense matters (including immigration court hearings and appeals), managing a diverse caseload (asylum, cancellation of removal, adjustment of status, waivers, and related relief), conducting client consultations in English and Spanish, preparing briefs and motions with high accuracy and professionalism, and collaborating with a team of attorneys, paralegals, and support staff. Competitive compensation includes an annual starting salary of $110,000, quarterly profit sharing, comprehensive employer-paid benefits, a 401(k) with employer match, generous PTO and paid holidays, paid parental leave, bar membership and CLEs covered, free on-site parking, and relocation assistance up to $5,000.
Required Qualifications
- Active U.S. law license (any state).
- Relevant experience in immigration, criminal law, or appellate work, with a preference for litigation or trial experience.
- Must be able to work in person at our Richmond, VA office.

- Fluent in Spanish (preferred)
- Litigation or trial experience preferred
- Removal defense experience a plus
