Job Summary
Airfreight Customer Service focused on air cargo management and pricing. Responsibilities include managing air customers, preparing offers, supporting the operations team for effective service delivery, handling pricing tasks, and coordinating internally with operations and sales as well as externally with clients and suppliers. Requires at least 3 years of pricing experience in freight forwarding and air cargo, training in Administrative/Logistics/International Trade, and B2/C1 English. Beneficial to have CargoWise experience. The role emphasizes customer orientation and teamwork within a multinational logistics environment.
Required Qualifications
- Experiencia previa de al menos 3 años en pricing de empresa transitaria y en gestión de tráfico aéreo
- Poseer formación en la rama Administrativa, Transporte y Logística y/o de Comercio Internacional
- Nivel B2/C1 de inglés
- Valorable experiencia previa en el manejo de CargoWise
