Job Summary
Perform complex aircraft inspections, maintenance, and repairs of moderate to advanced complexity on aircraft systems and structures under minimal supervision. Execute task assignments received from the Crew Chief, including servicing, lubrication, troubleshooting, and modifications while adhering to FAA inspection and documentation requirements. Complete work order sign-offs and paperwork accurately to ensure all work meets established quality standards and specifications. Coordinate with other departments as needed to maintain compliance. Immediate hire available for serious A&P Mechanics with Airframe and Powerplant License; experience on Dassault Falcon, Gulfstream, and other business jets is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- FAA Mechanics Certificate with Airframe and Powerplant Rating.
- Read and interpret aircraft diagrams, charts and schematics.
- Lift up to 50 lbs.
- Not allergic to fuels, oils, hydraulic fluids and cleaning solvents.
- Ability to work and bend in confined work space.
- Manual dexterity required for technician.
- Ability to repeatedly enter and exit aircraft using stationary steps/stairs.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience on Dassault Falcon Jet, Gulfstream, Citation, Bombardier, Lear Jet, Challenger, Global Express, Hawker Beechcraft, Embraer, etc.
- Knowledgeable and experienced using computers and aircraft software.
- Successful completion of at least one (1) Maintenance School.
- Engine Run and Taxi qualified on business jet aircraft, preferably on Dassault Falcon Jet, Gulfstream, Citation, Bombardier, Lear Jet, Challenger, Global Express, Hawker Beechcraft, Embraer, etc. aircraft.
