Job Summary
Production Team Member – Airfoil Braze Operator responsibilities include cleaning components, applying braze paste and preforms, matching paperwork, completing production worksheets, mixing braze paste per specifications, assembling and brazing parts, fixture/setup for brazing, transporting parts to furnaces, inspecting braze assemblies, logging inspection results, and reporting discrepancies. Works with Quality Assurance to maintain standards; requires familiarity with shop orders, logs, and proper tool handling. Qualifications require a High School Diploma or GED, strong attendance, and ability to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen. Shift requirements include 1st, 2nd, weekends, overtime may be required; comprehensive benefits provided.
