Airfoil Braze Operator

Clean component parts with acetone, solvent, soap, water, or grinding guns. Apply braze paste, preforms, rings, tape, or shim stock to assemblies and mix paste and binder per formulas. Assemble parts using equipment or spot welding, then fixture them according to shop orders. Transport parts to furnace areas using racks and carts, and transport inspected parts to designated areas. Match customer paperwork with parts and log daily activity, inspection results, and production worksheets. Inspect brazed assemblies visually and dimensionally, report discrepancies, and maintain tool inventory. Perform simple preventative maintenance and ensure shop cleanliness. Work in partnership with Quality Assurance to maintain standards and traceability through the cone and shop order system. Must obtain forklift certification and have two years of experience in operator or similar production positions. Available for all shifts at $19.10 plus $1.00 shift differential. High school diploma or GED required.
