Job Summary
Airfield Striping Foreman to lead a crew performing airfield pavement marking and striping projects across Florida. Responsible for supervising a crew of three or more, installing waterborne paint, epoxy, thermoplastic, and other markings, ensuring measurements and production align with project plans, coordinating with airport personnel and inspectors, and maintaining safety, quality, and customer relations. Serves as primary field representative for TRP on aviation projects, training crew on striping techniques, equipment operation, and safety procedures, while ensuring compliance with FAA, airport authority, DOT, and company specifications. Travel throughout Florida with occasional night and weekend work; strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of pavement marking or line striping experience
- Previous experience leading crews in pavement marking, construction, or related industries
- Ability to manage and supervise a crew of three or more employees
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass criminal background screening and pre-employment drug testing
- Ability to travel throughout Florida and be away from home during the workweek as needed
- Ability to work nights, weekends, overtime, and occasional holidays
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting experience
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to utilize smartphones, tablets, and mobile applications
