Job Summary
Operate specialized airport maintenance equipment, assist with pavement marking installation and removal, prepare airport surfaces for painting and maintenance, and load/unload materials as part of a highly skilled team across U.S. airports. Travel assignments typically 4–6 weeks with airfare, hotels, and per diem provided. Work includes managing equipment (forklifts, skid steers, grinders), ensuring a safe work environment, and contributing to the safety of pilots, passengers, and airport personnel. Earn starting pay of $21.93/hour with opportunities for higher pay for experienced operators and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Real ID driver's license with a good driving record
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to travel extensively
- Pass pre-employment drug screening
- Must be over 21
- Meet airport and military base badging requirements, including a 10-year criminal background review
