Airfield Lighting Electrician/Technician (High Voltage Electrician)

Maintain and repair airfield lighting and high-voltage electrical systems on active airfield surfaces (runways, taxiways, helipads) including installation, testing, and maintenance of high-voltage power distribution equipment; interpret electrical data and work from blueprints/layouts; perform wiring, cable splicing, installation of transformers, switchgear, and related components; ensure safety per OSHA and site-specific practices; travel and operate in deployed locations (100% travel) to Kuwait/Iraq airfield sites; require high school diploma or trade school, advanced certification, and 4 years journey-level experience; possess a journey license, valid driver’s license, and US passport; capable of working with generators, controllers, circuit breakers, and related electrical equipment in field conditions.
