Job Summary

Create civil projects for airports using AutoCAD for geometric design, runway, taxiway, and apron plans, plus bituminous and concrete pavement and stormwater infrastructure. Coordinate with airports, airlines, the FAA, and construction management during occasional travel to understand project details. Triple-check all drawings for accuracy before submission. Complete the Engineer-In-Training or Engineering Internship exam within six months of hire. Join a collaborative, employee-owned engineering firm serving airports across the U.S.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering from an ABET-accredited university
  • Critical thinking skills
  • Experience proving ability to work with a team
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strongly prefer completion of Engineer-In-Training (EIT) or Engineering Internship (EI) exam or intent to complete within six months of hire

Desired Qualifications

  • Willingness to dive in and learn different software platforms such as AutoCAD
