Job Summary

Conduct geometric design of runways, taxiways, and aprons; perform bituminous and concrete pavement design; and manage stormwater and utility infrastructure design. Coordinate with airports, airlines, the FAA, and other tenants while overseeing construction administration and management. Lead, develop, and deliver airport projects of varying sizes and complexity, initiating and maintaining client contact to assist in winning work. Requires a Bachelor's or Master's in Civil Engineering, five years of experience, and a Professional Engineer license. Typical salary range in Ontario is $96,000 – $120,000. Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Masters of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering or other professionally recognized equivalent disciplines from an accredited ABET university
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience
  • Professional Engineer license or ability to obtain PE License within 6 months
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD
  • Working knowledge of Civil3D
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

Desired Qualifications

  • at least two years of airport design experience
  • Professional Engineer license
