Job Summary
Design and manage civil projects at airports, including geometric design of runways and taxiways, pavement design, and stormwater infrastructure. Coordinate with airports, airlines, FAA, and other tenants while overseeing construction administration and client contact. Lead, develop, and deliver projects of varying sizes and complexity, assisting the team in winning new work. This role supports the Project Manager, Project Engineer, or engineering support track within RS&H's Aviation team, which serves airports across the U.S. and abroad.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering or other professionally recognized equivalent disciplines from an accredited ABET university
- Minimum of 5 years' experience, with at least two years of airport design experience
- California Professional Engineer license
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD
- Working knowledge of Civil3D
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
