Aircraft Transactions Manager

Job Summary
Lead and coordinate aircraft and engine acquisitions, sales, leases, lease returns, and other asset transactions from execution through closing and delivery. Develop and maintain transaction plans, delivery schedules, closing checklists, responsibility matrices, and transaction trackers. Monitor progress, identify risks and obstacles, and ensure timely completion of registration, deregistration, export, import, and ownership transfer requirements. Act as primary transaction coordinator between Legal, Asset Management, Leasing, Sales, Technical Services, Finance, Records, and Executive Management; coordinate communications with customers, lessors, financiers, and external counsel; facilitate status meetings; manage funding, escrow, and closing logistics. Ensure compliance with internal approvals and governance; support resolution of disputes and post-closing issues. Develop and maintain transaction-management procedures, templates, and reporting tools; drive continuous improvement in transaction execution. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Commerce, Aviation Management, Legal Studies, Project Management, or a related discipline.
