Job Summary

The Aircraft Technician role involves performing inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on Gulfstream aircraft, ensuring compliance with regulations and safety standards, and collaborating within a team to enhance maintenance efficiency and effectiveness. Requires FAA A&P license and 5 years of aircraft maintenance experience.

Required Qualifications

  • Valid FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license.
  • At least 5 years of experience in aircraft maintenance with strong understanding of both airframe and powerplant systems.
  • Experience with Gulfstream models G400, G450, G500, and G550.
  • Proficiency in interpreting and working from complex engineering drawings and manuals.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of FAR 43 and relevant FAA regulations.
  • Exceptional troubleshooting and diagnostic skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration and technical information exchange.
  • Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and aircraft test equipment.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience coming from a service center is a plus.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
