Job Summary
Aircraft Technician on the H145 Final Assembly Line in Columbus, MS responsible for fabrication, assembly, installation, repair, replacement, adjustment, and alignment of sheet metal parts and assemblies. Conduct functional checks of systems, prepare patterns/Templates, install sheet metal components in aircraft, and interpret three-dimensional blueprints, sketches, diagrams, and technical manuals. Requires reading/writing English and knowledge of mechanical blueprints; A&P license preferred but not required. Role involves working onsite with broad safety and production responsibilities and significant travel as needed to support manufacturing operations.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of four (4) years related aviation experience
- Knowledge of mechanical blueprints and drawings
- A current A&P license is preferred but NOT required
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English
