Job Summary
Lead the Aircraft Delivery process and act as the Designated Representative for aircraft undergoing maintenance and delivery to customers. Represent the company and provide instruction, direction, and authorization related to work on the aircraft with designated MRO providers. Ensure aircraft are completed on schedule and delivered with required maintenance status and technical documentation. Coordinate activities across departments and suppliers to ensure timely delivery, oversee budget performance, and provide technical guidance to support asset acquisition, sales, and leasing decisions. Serve as the primary technical point of contact for technical, commercial, and operational matters related to airframe products, and support post-sale/post-lease activities by researching and supplying documentation to customers. Maintain cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders, applying knowledge of FAA/EASA/ATA standards and airworthiness directives as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or FAA Airframe & Powerplant license or equivalent field experience
- 5+ years of experience performing airframe product technical management
- Strong generalist knowledge in commercial aircraft technical management
- Knowledge of airframe records and regulatory requirements; back-to-birth trace for life-limited parts
- Working expertise with FAA regulations, ATA standards, and EASA regulations
- Experience supporting cross-functional teams and liaising with vendors, customers, and internal stakeholders
- Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel, and ability to leverage technology in compliant workflows
