Aircraft Support Analyst

Job Summary
Support aircraft maintenance, teardown, and technical programs from initiation through completion by tracking milestones, budgets, and deliverables. Attend project planning and status meetings to ensure objectives and costs are accurately communicated. Coordinate with technical teams, maintenance providers, and suppliers to support project execution while maintaining organized documentation, contracts, and vendor records. Monitor and maintain project budgets and forecasts throughout the lifecycle, analyzing labor, materials, and vendor expenditures to identify variances and trends. Prepare weekly and monthly cost reports, cash flow forecasts, and financial summaries, recommending corrective actions for budget risks. Manage invoice approval workflows, create purchase orders, and reconcile invoices with Accounts Payable and vendors to facilitate timely payments. Resolve invoice discrepancies, audit system data and work orders for accuracy, and leverage Excel tools to provide insight into maintenance costs and operational performance. Identify opportunities to improve efficiencies, reporting accuracy, and cross-functional workflows, developing procedures supporting project cost control and aircraft support operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Aviation Management, Aeronautical Science, Engineering, Project Management, Data Analytics, or a related field
- 3–4+ years of experience in any combination of: Aircraft Support, Aviation Operations, Maintenance Planning, Maintenance Cost Analysis, Project Cost Control, Financial Analysis, Program Coordination, Project Coordination, Aviation Asset Management
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including Pivot Tables, lookups, reporting, and data analysis
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical and forecasting capabilities
- Budget management and cost-control mindset
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Self-starter with a proactive approach and demonstrated initiative
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify solutions independently
- Ability to work both collaboratively and autonomously
Desired Qualifications
- MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul) Operations Experience supporting maintenance, MRO, aircraft leasing, aviation operations, engineering, or technical services environments
- Experience with ERP, maintenance tracking, project management, or aviation systems such as Quantum Component Control, Sparta, or similar platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Aviation Management, Aeronautical Science, Engineering, Project Management, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred
