Job Summary
Aircraft Structures Technician I supports basic structural repairs, disassembly, inspections, and sheet metal tasks under close supervision in an MRO environment. Learn and apply approved repair methods, interpret technical manuals and work instructions, document work on standardized forms and digital systems, and maintain safety and regulatory compliance while developing skills in tooling usage and aviation structure maintenance. Responsibilities include routine maintenance/teardown of structural components, basic inspections for cracks/corrosion/deformation, installation/removal of parts, sheet metal tasks (drilling, deburring, riveting), and contributing to ongoing training and quality adherence.
