Job Summary
GAL AeroStaff Ltd. is seeking a full-time Aircraft Structures Mechanic with a minimum of 3 years experience in structural sheet metal repair/modification, preferably on CRJ aircraft, and a valid FAA A&P license.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3+ years of structural sheet metal repair / modification experience or substantiated similar experience on CRJ aircrafts
- Completed Sheetmetal A/C Tech school or equivalent schooling
- FAA A&P license OR “A” license is required
- Able to interpret and work with mechanical engineering drawings
- Own a basic set of hand tools and demonstrate inventory & control of tools
- Must be authorized to work in the USA
Desired Qualifications
- Ability to effectively communicate (verbal & written) aircraft status
- Comfortable with shift work (12 hours shifts, overnights, weekends, holidays)
- Enjoy working on commercial aircraft, growing professionally and being part of a team passionate about CRJs.
Additional Requirements
- You have the ability to obtain a Security Identification Display Area badge (SIDA) if applicable
