Job Summary
Perform service, repair, troubleshoot, and overhaul of aircraft and aircraft engines to ensure airworthiness. Repair, replace, and rebuild aircraft structures, systems, and components; assemble and install electrical, plumbing, mechanical, hydraulic, and structural components using hand and power tools; adjust, align, and calibrate aircraft systems with gauges and test equipment. Adhere to FAA data, ensure proper documentation, maintain airworthiness, and complete routine and customer-request work cards. Maintain a clean repair station, perform additional duties as assigned, and comply with pre-employment and periodic DOT drug testing. Requires attention to detail, multi-tasking, strong communication, and ability to work in a safety-sensitive environment. Must be authorized to work in the USA and willing to work any shift.
Required Qualifications
- H.S. diploma or G.E.D. certificate
- Must have an Airframe & Power Plant (A & P) License
- Minimum of 3-5 years of recent experience utilizing A & P license
- Must be flexible to work any shift
- Must successfully complete a comprehensive background check, verification of credentials, and a urinary pre-employment drug test per DOT regulations
