Job Summary
Manage aircraft maintenance scheduling by coordinating with program managers and customers to ensure on-time aircraft return from heavy maintenance. Develop logistics documents, schedule inspection work packages in the ERP system, and maintain accurate logbook entries for quality control. Create short and long-range maintenance plans, forecast requirements, and update daily schedules while reviewing historical records. Perform configuration management, validate parts installation, and track airworthiness directives and service bulletins. Extract data to baseline maintenance for leadership and maintain technical manuals and documentation subscriptions.
Required Qualifications
- High school education or equivalent
- Passport or work authorization requirements to work in the U.S.
Desired Qualifications
- Must possess strong oral and written communication skills and be capable of working in an exceptionally dynamic maintenance scheduling environment
- Demonstrates ability to work effectively with complex details and high attention to detail
- Ability to read, write and perform basic math calculations
- Previous experience and proficiency with MS Office suite, particularly Excel
- Ability to recognize process or equipment deviations from expected performance or output
- Ability to fully understand manufacturer's maintenance program(s); translating to our fleet of aircraft
