Job Summary

Daily audit of all Maintenance entries on line and in the approved maintenance record database, ensuring recorded maintenance is entered into the computer tracking system. Convert aircraft records into digital format for archiving, review aircraft hours and cycles for data correctness, and verify accuracy of component removals and replacement including part and serial numbers. Research and disposition historical records for aircraft while performing periodic audits for completeness. Act as a resource for field personnel to resolve record keeping issues. Requires an A&P license (preferred), high school diploma with one to three years of related experience, and previous aviation experience.

Required Qualifications

  • Previous aviation experience
  • A&P License
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • One to three years' related experience and/or training
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience

Desired Qualifications

  • Military record keeping experience
