Job Summary
Aircraft Plating Technician on 2nd shift (3:00pm–11:30pm) needed to set up, operate, and monitor electroplating processes to coat metal components with chromium, cadmium or other metals for aviation applications. Responsibilities include loading/unloading pieces, immersing in cleaning/plating/rinsing tanks, adjusting tank temperatures, inspecting plated parts for defects, drying parts, using blasting equipment, and mentoring/training other personnel. Must read/understand Commercial, FAA, EASA, Repair Station, and ISO documentation; maintain data inputs in ERP; perform high-quality work with safety, integrity, and discretion; collaborate with team in Greensboro, NC. Education minimum is High School Diploma/GED; technical mechanic/machinist coursework is advantageous. Benefits package includes medical/dental/vision/Life, 401K, and more.
