Job Summary
Aircraft Painters needed to prepare, paint, and polish aircraft for client in Peru, Indiana. Responsibilities include surface preparation (cleaning, masking, stripping), applying primer and paints to interior and exterior surfaces including stripes and logos, polishing, and minor aesthetic repairs. Maintain safety, document work clearly, and collaborate with maintenance teams. Must pass DOT Drug Test, maintain excellent attendance, and be able to handle physical shift requirements (climbing stairs, standing, walking, lifting). Shift options include day and night 10-hour shifts with weekends and overtime; ability to relocate before starting work is required. PPE use required.
Required Qualifications
- Pass DOT Drug Test
- Be able to climb stairs, stand and walk 90% of shift
- Be able to lift, climb, turn, and work under physical conditions during entire shift
- Wear Respirators and other Personal Protective Equipment as needed
- Must be authorized to work in the USA
- Must be able to commute or relocate before starting work
