Job Summary
Aircraft Paint Technician responsible for safely preparing and priming aircraft for exterior paint and coating applications, including masking, washing, and sanding, and painting in accordance with procedures and regulatory guidelines. Responsibilities include receiving daily assignments from the Crew Lead, performing internal quality inspections, documenting work per AS9100 standards, maintaining tools and PPE, and communicating effectively in English. Requires ability to work physical shifts, read/write/speak English, and lift up to 40 lbs; located in Peterborough, Ontario, Canada. Shift schedules include day, night, and weekend rotations; full-time role with competitive compensation and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of secondary school
- Experience and Education Requirements: Ideally 3 years of transferable skills (Bus, Boat, Auto Painting, Bodywork or Paint Preparation experience)
