Job Summary
Coordinate global Aircraft on Ground shipments by routing freight with commercial and heavy cargo providers, tracking issues, and preparing quotes. Maintain data integrity in CargoWise workflows and daily trackers while ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting through collaboration with the Accounting team. Monitor operational effectiveness using KPIs and process assessments to uphold company policies and regulatory standards. Build strong partnerships with service providers and customers, proactively updating them on shipment status. Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements.
Required Qualifications
- High School Degree or equivalent
- Minimum one year of customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Problem solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills verbally and written
- White Glove customer service to all customers both internally and externally
- Team player—strong sense of trust and cooperation amongst teammates
- High attention to detail and organization skill
Desired Qualifications
- 1-3 years' experience in air freight industry preferred
- Cargowise experience a plus!
- Strong understanding of International Air freight a plus!
