Job Summary

Conduct aviation repairs and services in compliance with Federal Aviation Regulations, initiating proper documentation and verifying that installed parts are approved, inspected, and free of damage. Perform all phases of aircraft repair and maintenance using provided tools and technical manuals, while reporting faulty equipment to the Maintenance Supervisor or Lead Mechanic. Maintain clean work areas, return tools to assigned locations, and ensure hangar workshops remain orderly. Accept responsibility for work performed by yourself or others and sign for completed tasks on approved forms. Adhere to the Safety Management System and associated safety risk management outputs.

Required Qualifications

  • Current FAA Airframe and Powerplant certification
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid, state-issued Driver's License
  • Capable of using respirators and other personal protective equipment including eye and hearing protection
  • Must possess or have ability to obtain a U.S. Passport or equivalent within 90 days of starting position
  • Must be able to speak, read, and write in English
  • Must be able to demonstrate authorization to work in the US
  • Must be able to lift weight up to 25 lbs
  • Must pass the fingerprint-based criminal history records check (CHRC)

  • Previous experience with CRJs
