Required Qualifications

• •High school diploma or equivalent
• •Five (5) years actual and recent aircraft organizational level experience
• •Three (3) years F/A-18E/F/EA-18G experience
• •Three (3) years CDI qualification and leadership
• •F/A-18E/F/EA-18G fuel cell maintenance qualifications
• •F/A-18E/F/EA-18G engine operation certification
• •Valid driver's license
• •Ability to operate a government general-purpose vehicle
• •Ability to pass and maintain a Security Clearance
• •Must possess a secret clearance
• •Must maintain facility credentials/authorization
• •US Citizenship
• •Ability to pass any medical examination requirements related to performing daily assigned task

• •Ability to adjust, repair, or replace instruments, avionics and navigations, ADP flight control, electrical/electronic, fuel/oil systems and aircraft accessories
• •Ability to perform aircraft services, including engine flush/cleaning, parts lubrication, and maintenance checks
• •Ability to remove engine and major components from aircraft, using hoist or other lifting devices
• •Ability to disassemble and inspect parts for wear, warping, or other defects
• •Ability to repair and replace defective engine components and reassemble and install engine in aircraft
• •Ability to diagnose malfunctions, isolate causes, and correct breaks
