Job Summary
Aircraft Maintenance Technician responsible for routine maintenance and inspections on general aviation aircraft, troubleshooting, repairing, and returning aircraft to service in accordance with FAA regulations and manufacturer manuals. Duties include accurate paperwork and work order details, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and adhering to safety procedures. Requires an A&P certification with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in general aviation, strong technical and communication skills, ability to work overtime and with a team, and willingness to obtain an airport security badge. Availability includes 7:00 AM–4:00 PM or 12-hour weekend shifts; sign-on bonus and relocation assistance up to $25,000 may be offered based on experience and qualifications.
Required Qualifications
- Airframe & Powerplant certifications required
- Minimum three (3) years’ experience working with general aviation airframes
- Advanced troubleshooting abilities
- Broad knowledge of aircraft systems
- Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Ability to obtain Airport Issued security badge
