Job Summary
Aircraft Maintenance Technician (AMT) responsibilities include performing mechanical inspections, repairs, and maintaining the EC130 airframe; manage inventory checks, update equipment tracking logs, and document part expenditures; clearly document service paperwork and FAA information; maintain a safe and clean working environment; facilitate coordination with departments, vendors and team members; collaborate with allied health and public safety personnel and the operations team. Minimum qualifications include 3 years turbine-powered helicopter experience, an active A&P license, a valid driver’s license, and knowledge of FAA regulations; the role requires flexibility for overtime and 24/7 on-call rotations. This is a full-time position based in Lakeport, CA (site: Healdsburg, CA per listing), with a starting salary of $78,287 - $113,480 annually including geo modifier and a sign-on bonus of $12,500.
Required Qualifications
- Three (3) years turbine powered helicopter experience
- Valid Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license
- Valid State issued Driver's license
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Federal Aviation Regulations knowledge
- EMS Systems, Aircraft maintenance systems, records and maintenance support and planning
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including overtime and 24/7 on-call rotations
- Must be acceptable in accordance with the FAA drug and alcohol testing program
- Must be able to push and/or pull 100+ lbs
- Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 50 lbs
