Job Summary
Aircraft Maintenance Technician (AMT) responsible for overall maintenance and safety of Reach Air Medical Services’ fleet, including EC135 airframe. Perform mechanical inspections, screening, and repairs; manage inventory checks and ensure stock; update equipment tracking log; document service paperwork and FAA information; adhere to policies and information-security standards. Coordinate with Lead Technician and cross-functional teams; work with allied health and public safety personnel; support on-call rotations and 24/7 operations; maintain a safe, clean work environment; communicate effectively with vendors and team members; ensure timely, high-quality transportation services.
Required Qualifications
- Three (3) years turbine powered helicopter experience
- Valid Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license
- Valid State issued Driver's license
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Federal Aviation Regulations knowledge
- EMS Systems, Aircraft maintenance systems, records and maintenance support and planning
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including overtime and 24/7 on-call rotations.
- Must be acceptable in accordance with the FAA drug and alcohol testing program.
- Must be able to push and/or pull 100+ lbs.
- Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 50 lbs.
