Job Summary
Maintain and ensure safety of Reach Air Medical Services fleet; perform mechanical inspections, screen and repair EC130 airframe components, and provide regular statuses to the Lead Technician. Manage inventory checks, update equipment tracking logs, and document part expenditures. Clearly document service paperwork and FAA information as required, adhering to policies and security standards. Contribute to a safe, clean working environment for the aircraft maintenance team and flight crew; coordinate effectively with vendors, departments, and operations staff; collaborate with fellow AMTs and the operations team to deliver timely, high-quality transportation services to patients.
Required Qualifications
- Three (3) years turbine powered helicopter experience
- Valid Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license
- Valid State issued Driver's license
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Federal Aviation Regulations knowledge
- EMS Systems, Aircraft maintenance systems, records and maintenance support and planning
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including overtime and 24/7 on-call rotations.
- Must be acceptable in accordance with the FAA drug and alcohol testing program.
- Must be able to push and/or pull 100+ lbs.
- Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 50 lbs.
