Job Summary

Perform mechanical inspections, screenings, repairs, and status reporting for the Bell 407 fleet while managing inventory, updating equipment logs, and documenting FAA-compliant service paperwork. Maintain a safe, clean environment and coordinate with departments, vendors, and allied health personnel to support timely patient transportation. Requires a valid A&P license, three years of turbine helicopter experience, and ability to work flexible 24/7 on-call rotations with overtime.

Required Qualifications

  • Bell 407 Maintenance experience
  • Three (3) years of turbine helicopter maintenance experience with a minimum of six months helicopter maintenance experience during the last 24 months
  • Valid Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license
  • Valid State issued Driver's license
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • Federal Aviation Regulations knowledge
  • EMS systems, Aircraft maintenance systems, records and maintenance support and planning
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including overtime and 24/7 on-call rotations
  • Must be acceptable in accordance with the FAA drug and alcohol testing program
  • Must be able to push and/or pull 100+ lbs
  • Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 50 lbs

Desired Qualifications

  • FAA Inspection Authorization Certification
  • Related experience under CFR Part 135
  • Autopilot maintenance experience
  • Avionics and electrical repair experience
