Job Summary
Aircraft Maintenance Technician (AMT) responsible for the overall maintenance and safety of our rotor-wing fleet. Performs mechanical inspections, screening, repairs, and provides regular status updates to Lead Technician. Manages inventory checks, logs equipment usage, processes replacement requests, and documents FAA information. Maintains required service paperwork, adheres to policies, and supports information security standards. Maintains a safe, clean work environment for AMTs and flight crew; collaborates across departments and with vendors and colleagues; coordinates with allied health and public safety personnel; supports timely and high-quality patient transportation services.
Required Qualifications
- Two (2) years turbine powered helicopter experience
- Valid Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid State issued Driver’s License
- Federal Aviation Regulations knowledge
- EMS systems, Aircraft maintenance systems, records and maintenance support and planning
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including overtime and 24/7 on-call rotations
- Must be acceptable in accordance with the FAA drug and alcohol testing program
- Must be able to push and/or pull 100+ lbs
- Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 50 lbs
