Job Summary
Perform inspections, maintenance, and repairs of moderate to advanced complexity on aircraft systems and structures under minimal supervision. Execute complex aircraft inspections, repairs, and modifications while ensuring all work meets quality standards and FAA documentation requirements. Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance and properly complete work order sign-offs. This role requires an FAA Mechanics Certificate with Airframe and Powerplant Rating and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Candidates must not be allergic to fuels, oils, or hydraulic fluids and must have manual dexterity for confined work spaces. Immediate hire available for experienced A&P Mechanics with business jet experience on Dassault Falcon Jet, Gulfstream, Citation, Bombardier, Lear Jet, Challenger, Global Express, Hawker Beechcraft, or Embraer.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- FAA Mechanics Certificate with Airframe and Powerplant Rating
- Ability to read and interpret aircraft diagrams, charts and schematics
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- No allergy to fuels, oils, hydraulic fluids and cleaning solvents
- Ability to work and bend in confined work space
- Manual dexterity required for technician
- Ability to repeatedly enter and exit aircraft using stationary steps/stairs
Desired Qualifications
- Experience on Dassault Falcon Jet, Gulfstream, Citation, Bombardier, Lear Jet, Challenger, Global Express, Hawker Beechcraft, Embraer, etc.
- Knowledgeable and experienced using computers and aircraft software
- Successful completion of at least one (1) Maintenance School
- Engine Run and Taxi qualified on business jet aircraft, preferably on Dassault Falcon Jet, Gulfstream, Citation, Bombardier, Lear Jet, Challenger, Global Express, Hawker Beechcraft, Embraer, etc. aircraft
