Job Summary
Perform mechanical inspections, screenings, repairs, and status reporting for King Air and Learjet airframes while managing inventory, updating equipment logs, and documenting FAA-compliant service paperwork. Maintain a safe, clean environment and coordinate with departments, vendors, and allied health personnel. Requires three years of turboprop or turbine fixed-wing experience, a valid A&P license, and ability to lift 50 lbs and push/pull 100+ lbs. Full-time role in Sitka, AK with a flexible schedule including overtime.
Required Qualifications
- Three (3) years turboprop and/or turbine powered fixed-wing experience
- Valid Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license
- Valid State issued Driver's license
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Federal Aviation Regulations knowledge
- EMS Systems, Aircraft maintenance systems, records and maintenance support and planning
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including overtime
- Must be acceptable in accordance with the FAA drug and alcohol testing program
- Must be able to push and/or pull 100+ lbs
- Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 50 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- King Air B200, 300 and/or Learjet 45 maintenance experience
- FAA Inspection Authorization Certificate
- Related experience under CFR Part 14
- Autopilot maintenance experience
- Avionics and electrical repair experience
