Job Summary
Aircraft Maintenance Technician inspects mechanical, hydraulic, and structural systems on Embraer ERJ-145 and other aircraft, diagnoses malfunctions, performs maintenance, completes paperwork in accordance with FAA requirements, maintains a safe work environment, and collaborates with Inspection personnel. Requires FAA A&P certification, ability to work shifts/overtime, own tools, and strong communication skills; duties include following safety and regulatory guidelines and ensuring compliance with company and aviation standards.
Required Qualifications
- Current FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certificate
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid unrestricted driver’s license
- Good communication skills (verbal, written, and radio)
- Available to work shifts and overtime as necessary
- Must have own set of tools
- Able to read, speak, and understand the English language
- Legally authorized to work in the USA
- Organized with the ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks (heavy work)
