Job Summary
Troubleshoot, inspect, repair, and maintain assigned F-15 aircraft and equipment while performing acceptance inspections and quality control checks. Order parts, plan intermediate maintenance requirements, and organize shop workload flow to supervise contractor personnel. Conduct on-the-job training for trainees and resolve productivity issues by recommending improvements and managing statistics. Identify component ranges for offset programs to develop in-Kingdom capability. Requires seven years of F-15 experience with supervisory oversight, including two years at the nine-skill level.
Required Qualifications
- Seven (7) years of experience in F-15 component, accessories and systems
- At least two (2) years of experience at the supervisory level
- Qualification as an F-15 Systems Maintenance Specialist
- Experience at coordinating Intermediate Maintenance (IM) shop functions and managing component shop
- Two (2) years at the nine-skill level
- Maintenance Flight Superintendent qualification
