Aircraft Maintenance Engineer

Job Summary
Inspect and maintain aircraft systems including engines, landing gear, instruments, and electronic components. Diagnose and repair mechanical and electronic issues to ensure optimal performance. Perform preflight and postflight inspections to comply with aviation standards and safety regulations. Keep detailed records of maintenance, repair, and inspection activities. Operate diagnostic equipment to test structural soundness and systems. Coordinate with team members to ensure efficient and safe aircraft operations. Maintain facilities and equipment in optimal condition. Schedule includes 7 days on/7 days off in Winnipeg or 2 weeks on/2 weeks off in North locations, with 12-hour shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Transport Canada Aircraft Maintenance Engineers License M1 minimum
- Must be able to acquire and maintain Transport Canada security clearance (RAIC)
- Valid Canadian Driver's License with no restrictions
- Able to acquire and maintain Airside Vehicle Operator Permit-AVOP
- Valid Canadian Passport required
- Must be able to travel unrestricted
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- M1/M2 license preferred
- Experience on Beechcraft King Air B200
- PC12 experience
- Citation 560 experience
- PC24 experience
- Indigenous Awareness and/or Cultural Diversity training
